Ready for some more baking inspiration? This week we're bringing you DOUBLE CHOC FUDGEY COOKIES, we know, we know. We do treat you!

These fudgey cookies are the perfect mix of being soft and fudgey, you're gonna want to make a couple batches of these...

INGREDIENTS:

2 large eggs
280g dark baking chocolate
100g plain flour
56g chopped white or milk baking chocolate
56g double chocolate fudge (or the flavour of your choice)
1/4 tsp baking powder
85g caster sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
55g butter or margarine

HOW TO:

1. Melt butter, and stir until smooth. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate until smooth.
2.In a large bowl, mix the butter, melted chocolate and sugar together until smooth.
3.Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
4.Stir in the flour and baking powder. Stir in the chopped chocolate and chopped up pieces of fudge.
5.Cover, and chill for 30 minutes.
6.Scoop rounded tablespoons of the batter onto prepared baking sheet.
7.Bake for approximately 7-8 minutes on a preheated oven temperature of 180 degrees.
8.When the outside of the cookies looks slightly cracked, they are ready. Don't over bake them, or they won't have their fudge centres!
