Whilst we all had a little, or a lot more time at home during the last 5 months, that joined with what seems like a national flour shortage, we had the chance to pull together a selection of recipes that include our delicious fudge. We've put together this little fudgey recipe that we think you'll love!

Fudgey Rocky Road, we don't think you're gonna want to skip this one...

Serves 8-12 (dependent on the size of slice you like, no judging here...)

Ingredients:

-200g digestive biscuits

-135g butter

-200g dark chocolate

-2-3tbsp golden syrup

-100g mini marshmallows

-5-6 cubes of our Madagascan Vanilla Fudge (additional 3 cubes for the top)

-Optional - up to 100g of dried fruits, nuts, popcorn, honeycomb

Instructions:

  1. Grease and line a square brownie tin with grease proof paper.
  2. Place 200g digestive biscuits into a freezer bag and bash with a rolling pin until they have been crushed into a mixture of pieces.
  3. Melt the butter, dark chocolate and syrup over a low heat in a large saucepan.
  4. Once melted, stir into the biscuit mixture with your additional ingredients, the marshmallows and chopped up pieces of fudge.
  5. Pour the mixture into your brownie tin and flatten. Top the rocky road with the additional cubes of fudge, chopped up into tiny pieces.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into slices.
  7. Time to enjoy your delicious bake, we can't guarantee they'll last long!
